Biography
Sydney Rothka is a first year PhD student and Jefferson Scholars Foundation fellow interested in Early America and the Atlantic World. Her Master's thesis, completed at Boston College and entitled River of the People: The Middle Atlantic in the 16th and 17th Centuries, analyzes Indigenous-colonial relations in Lenapehoking (the greater Delaware River Valley region).
